I had so much fun hosting my very first Christmas Mini Sessions at Clinton Street Studios this year. Every single session filled, and I had the sweetest families step in front of my camera. Many arrived with little ones dressed in the cutest holiday outfits, which made the day feel extra festive. Many of the families who attended traveled from Vestal, Endicott, Johnson City, and Endwell, making this a great option for anyone in the greater Binghamton area.
More than anything, I loved seeing families pause for a moment during a busy season and get in the frame together. The holidays move quickly, especially with young kids. These sessions were a reminder of how meaningful it is to document this stage of life, even in a simple way.

I intentionally designed these Christmas mini sessions to be just 15 minutes long. Short. Focused. And very family-friendly.
With so many families attending with young children, this format works incredibly well. It allows us to capture beautiful, seasonal images without pushing kids past their comfort zone. There’s no pressure to do too much. We keep things light, relaxed, and efficient.

Timeless Holiday Setups with a Classic Feel
I set up the studio with two separate setups, each offering a slightly different holiday feel.
One setup included a large holiday wreath paired with a simple bench. The look was classic and timeless, perfect for families who love a traditional holiday aesthetic.
In the second space, I styled a few Christmas trees against a clean white backdrop. This setup felt brighter and more modern and photographed beautifully with both neutral and festive outfits.
I also partnered with Renee from WEBB-KASHOU Events & Decor, who created a stunning draped backdrop for the day. Her design added softness and texture to the studio and tied everything together so seamlessly. It was such a thoughtful detail and elevated the entire experience.
