Welcome to Danielle O’Brien Photography. By booking a session, using my services, or browsing this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information

“I,” “me,” or “photographer” refers to Danielle O’Brien Photography.

“Client” refers to anyone booking or purchasing photography services.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date.

Remaining balances are due by or on the day of the session (unless otherwise specified).

Session dates are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled once due to illness, weather, or emergency at no additional cost.

Retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel entirely, payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at my discretion.

In the rare event I must cancel, all payments will be refunded or a new date offered.

4. Session Policies

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session length.

I reserve the right to end a session early if safety, weather, or behavior becomes an issue.

Props, outfits, or locations requested by the client must be arranged in advance.

5. Image Delivery

Final galleries are delivered within 2 weeks via an online gallery.

I curate and edit images according to my professional style; raw or unedited images are not provided.

Clients may purchase additional images, prints, or products separately.

6. Copyright & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright of all images.

Clients receive a personal use license for printing and sharing on social media (credit is appreciated but not required).

Images may not be altered with filters, cropped, or edited without written permission.

Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

7. Model Release

By booking, clients grant permission for images to be used in my portfolio, marketing, website, and social media.

If you prefer your images remain private, you must request this in writing at the time of booking.

8. Liability

I am not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during sessions.

I take every measure to ensure safe and professional services.
